global models of education; modern university; transformation of values; anthropological aspect.

The article highlights the axiological and anthropological challenges facing the modern education system in the light of globalization. The socio-political consequences of this phenomenon have been closely intertwined with the process of transformation of modern educational models. Moreover, in this case the most important task was the search for socio-economic and political solutions related to the prospects for modernization based on the real social and cultural conditions on the ground. This, in its turn, raises the issue of modernization of national education systems in the context of philosophical anthropology and philosophy of politics. The urgency of addressing the topic of the anthropological aspect of the modernization of education is also determined by the need to study the value kernel of the changes that the educational environment undergoes in the dynamic interaction of global and national educational principles. The problem of clarifying the identification programs corresponding to these changes is complemented by the task of finding a mechanism for managing these data by processes. The given large-scale contradictions cannot be resolved without taking into account the universal foundations of culture as well as those cultural constants that exist in the space of each of the unique cultures. Accordingly, the concretization of these or other projects requires a more profound study of the regional context including the priority of national interests while respecting their optimal balance with the interests of the mankind. Since the process of modernization of the existing education systems is based on their value reorientation and on a new understanding of the anthropological content of the global culture, it is appropriate to clarify its scope. According to the authors, they are determined by the need for competitive creative individuals. And only then, if possible, by the need to develop the creative potential of the individual, the desire to achieve her material wealth, spiritual growth, and so on. Therefore, analyzing globalization as an objective process, it also makes sense to take into account the ideology of globalization, promotion of so-called “global values” and “a new understanding of a man” as means of changing goal-setting in favor of specific actors within the political process.
